In the spirit of our newest garden exhibit, The Alabaster Isle of Penglai, The Velaslavasay Panorama Enthusiast Society will host a white-themed supper fundraiser on the evening of Saturday, October 17, 2009. With a tempting menu prepared in coöperation with Scheherezade Daftary and Jaime Yamashita, this intimate garden gathering will bring enthusiasts together for an evening of conviviality, with a hopeful eye toward the health of our panoramic enterprise. To compliment the white-themed motif of the evening, the wearing of white or light-hued attire is encouraged.
