WasteLAnd presents The Future of Terror

TONIGHT

The Velaslavasay Panorma and wasteLAnd present The Future Of Terror featuring flutist Elise Roy, joined by soprano Stephanie Aston and saxophonist Ulrich Krieger. In addition to featuring works by Jason Eckardt and Roy herself, the show will revolve around Kurt Isaacson's extensive song cycle "The Future Of Terror."

"The Future Of Terror" is composed by Kurt Isaacson and set to the poetry of Matthea Harvey, whose work relentlessly portrays the paranoia of our modern age. Isaacson crafts a sound world that confronts listeners with the very same themes that manifest in a society increasingly characterized by over-saturation - identity, turth and the search for anything tangible.
